Montanez Law Firm is proud to announce that its founder, Felix G. Montañez , Esq., has become a Florida Bar Board Certified Real Estate Attorney.  Felix joins a small group of attorneys in Florida to receive the honor.​

There are currently only 26 board-certified real estate attorneys in Tampa.

Felix is one of two attorneys in the West Tampa area (zip codes 33607 and 33614) in private practice.  The other board-certified attorneys in the area work for title companies that do not offer legal services to the general public.

Felix is the only board-certified real estate attorney in Tampa that lists Spanish as a second language with the Florida Bar.
