Concurrently with his Juris Doctor, Joseph received his M.B.A. from Stetson University’s School of Business Administration.
Before joining Montanez Law Firm, Joseph worked on hundreds of cases across Florida involving property insurance, personal injury, premises liability, and auto negligence. He represented corporate clients in industries like insurance, trucking, hospitality, and food service, and developed a strong track record for resolving disputes through negotiation and litigation.
He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida.
When he’s not practicing law, Joseph enjoys exploring national parks, tinkering with tech, and spending time with his family and friends.
